A retired Air Force C-130 & C-17 Loadmaster w/ 24yrs of service. Jason flew combat ops in Bosnia, Saudi Arabia, OIF & OEF. Jason is a USA Hockey Level 5 Coach w/ handicapped, sled hockey certifications and USA Hockey Western Warrior Representative.

An Airborne Infantryman in the US Army & OEF Veteran. Jay is a lifetime hockey player whose hockey career includes a stint in the ECHL with the Las Vegas Wranglers.

A Certified Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainer and spouse to a retired USAF Loadmaster. Beth has volunteer and non-profit experience with the Junior League of Las Vegas, Doral Academy Red Rock PTSO, AYSO, and Alpha Omicron Pi International.

Michelle has always been a proud supporter of our military and veterans. She has and continues to work with the injured police officer fund and has a studied hospitality and worked in the industry for 5 years.

A USMC veteran, Nate grew up playing and coaching roller hockey. He is newer to Ice Hockey and passionate about playing and working with Active Duty and Military Veterans

Retired Major and Commander in the U.S. Army who also served as a U.S. Marine and in the U.S. Air Force. He was a combat military helicopter and airplane pilot to Worldwide Aviation Intelligence Operations.

Johnny is an Active Duty Munitions Systems Specialist since 2004 with multiple tours of duty Afghanistan, Iraq, and across Europe. He Feel in love with Ice Hockey and the community surrounding the sport while living abroad and wants to share this passion with fellow veterans, both, on and off the ice.

Mike Addley

Civilian Liaison

Mike has been around the game of hockey his whole life, from playing to coaching to ref’ing. Through his involvement of the game, led to his introduction to VVHF. Quickly developing friendships and understanding of the challenges and camaraderie of veterans. His constant support and contributions to VVHF has made him an invaluable asset, which led to his appointed role of Civilian Liaison. As Civilian Liaison, he helps bridge the often-unseen gap between veterans and civilians.

Michele Sylvester

Photographer

Michele, a USCG retiree and long time hockey mom, became proficient at photography while on a deployment prior to her son being old enough for organized sports with hopes of documenting his athletic career. Through her passion for photography, she transitioned to a new career upon her retirement. Her commitment to building a better community and her talent for photography has led her to cover some notable events such as the 2018 NHL Awards and the arrival of President Obama in 2016. Michele and her family were often found at the rinks assisting in building the youth hockey community here in the Vegas Valley which led her team up with the VVHF.
